Fatty acid

Edible oil manufacturing plants produce a byproduct during the refining process of crude oil, which is marketed as soapstock. Soapstock, as the feedstock for the Chahrmshahr factory, is a highly suitable and desirable source for fatty acid production. After being tested by the quality control unit and determining its parameters, the soapstock is transferred through special pathways to the processing pools, where it undergoes a chemical reaction to be converted into oleic acid. The oleic acid produced in the pools is then transferred to daily storage tanks, where its quality and key parameters are measured by the quality control unit. If the parameters are within the acceptable range, the produced oleic acid is moved to product storage tanks for dispatch to the relevant locations. If the parameters are not within the acceptable range, the oleic acid is returned to the process until the product parameters fall within the acceptable limits.
